The five-story residential building rises in the center of a plot along the river. The skeleton is composed of circular slabs, core and radial pillars which allow to vary the layout and the elevation design of each level. The flats are thus conceptually designed as detached houses with gardens: balconies and loggias of large surface area and depth are the extension of the domestic spaces. This structure cancels the hierarchy of the façades and allows views in multiple directions. The palette of materials emphasizes different construction technologies and functions: exposed concrete for the load-bearing structure, plaster and metal cladding for non-load-bearing and self-supporting walls, respectively.
